These programmes take place at set dates and run according to set schedules, structure and content.

  • Postgraduate Certificate in International Business
    This is a postgraduate programme in business, management and entrepreneurial skills, with particular reference to doing business in Europe. It is targeted at recent graduates from the UK, the EU and elsewhere, with no business or management skills. The aim is to help improve their employment prospects.

  • European Summer Study programme
         This long-running and highly successful five-week programme is designed for business and management, law and international relations students who wish to work in international management. It is taught in the UK, France, Spain and the Czech Republic, enabling participants to gain a real perspective on the diverse and complex make-up of the European Union.

  • The Young Leadership Development programme
         This intensive three-month full-time programme provides a broad introduction to a range of business and management disciplines and is aimed at recently-appointed managers who need to acquire and integrate a whole range of management skills to be able to operate effectively in their new roles.

  • Pre-MBA course - 'learning by doing'
    This eight-week programme - 'learning by doing' (LBD) - is designed to help overseas students in management and business improve their business English skills.

  • In-house language support and training for MBA and other MBS postgraduate students
    The Centre offers all MBA and PhD students (including those on exchange) the opportunity to take a foreign language course specific to their business needs. It also offers extra English support for non-native English speakers during their MBA or PhD course.
