Data Protection
When you make an enquiry, application or confirm a booking for Manchester Business School's products and services, either on this website, or in response to a mailing or advertisement you will be asked for certain essential information such as title, first name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone and payment information. These and any other details you supply in the course of the request are collected and our response recorded in order to help us process your request more effectively, and deal with any related issues and queries.

We will keep your information for a period of two years from your response. At the end of that time we will contact you again to ask for a renewal of consent. Records related to returned/undelivered mail will be deleted/archived as appropriate on an individual basis.
Personal information provided by you, and any other information relating to your requests, will be held by Manchester Business School, as part of The University of Manchester, and may be used for marketing of our own products and services, or research, or occasionally shared with other organisations in the prevention of fraud.
