You need to apply for our Masters courses using our online application form. For further information visit the How to apply page.
Some of our courses require you to pay a non-refundable application fee of £60.00 (pounds sterling). For more information check our Fees and funding page.
Your application will not be considered until we receive the payment.
The application process opens on 1 October each year for entry the following September. We operate a rolling admissions process so there are no deadlines to apply for our courses. However, we strongly advise you to apply as early as possible as places are limited. Once a course reaches capacity it will become necessary for us to close it to further applications.
For updates on course availability check the 'Admissions update' section of the How to apply page.
Yes, you can apply for more than one course. If an application fee is required, only one application fee (£60 non-refundable) should be paid when applying for multiple courses.
You can check our international entry requirements here.
If your degree certificate and transcript are not in English, you will need to have them translated and stamped by an official translation company.
Details about the pre-sessional English courses, including eligibility, can be found here.
You can apply before you have completed your degree, but you will need to include up-to-date transcripts with your application.
If you submit your application without an English language test score, we will be able to process the application, but won't be able to make an offer until we see evidence of your language ability. We will contact you to confirm that we have received your English language test score and if you meet the minimum requirements, we will be able to send you an offer for your chosen course (subject to places available).
It is important that you tell us the date of your test or the test score result.
Once your online application has been submitted you will receive an acknowledgement from the Central University Admissions Team. At this stage you will be assigned a seven-digit ID number that you must quote on all further correspondence. You will also receive a further acknowledgement from the Alliance Manchester Business School Admissions Office.
Once we receive your application, along with all of the required supporting documents, we will usually contact you within two weeks with a decision. We will not be able to make any decisions on your application if you do not submit all of the required supporting documents.
If you are offered a place on one of our Masters courses we will send a copy of your offer letter by email.
To defer your place, you will need to write to your Admissions Officer to request a deferral. Deferrals are only permitted for a maximum of one year and the decision is at the discretion of the Admissions Manager. A deposit of £1,000 is required to hold a place for the following year.
