About the Centre for Services Research
The Centre for Services Research (CSR) combines the expertise of all the service-related disciplines in Manchester Business School together with business partnerships in order to develop a shared understanding of goals and opportunities for research, education, and practice, and pioneer world-class multidisciplinary activities in the service economy.
In line with the University of Manchester's 2015 goal to develop a 'world renowned centre for scholarship and research', the aim of the CSR centre is to become the leading European centre of excellence in services research.
The CSR members have a strong track record of international collaboration, publication in high quality journals, project funding and consultancy and the centre leads the development of the wider services agenda in the UK and worldwide. The CSR has some 29 research staff and a very proactive industrial stakeholder forum.
