The division of Innovation, Management and Policy consists of a number of research centres and groups, including:

• Manchester Institute of Innovation Research
• The Centre for Research in Management of Projects
• The Supply Chain Management Research Group
• The Herbert Simon Institute for Public Sector Research

Alongside our extensive research activity we have three specialist postgraduate Masters courses:

• MSc Healthcare Management
• MPA Public Administration
• MSc Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship

Division members are also actively involved in undergraduate degree programmes, full-time and part-time executive MBA teaching, the new MBS doctoral programme, and  executive education programmes for the public and private sector.

All subject area groups are strongly research active, with upwards of £1m a year raised in externally-funded research.
