Biography

Before joining the faculty in 1986, Nick Collett worked for one of the major UK banks. He teaches in the areas of finance mergers and acquisition, corporate turnaround and bank financial management. He has been involved in numerous teaching activities for the International Centre for Banking and Financial Services, now the Executive Development Centre, as well as the MBA programme. Current research interests are the impact of information releases on stock prices; mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring and risk analysis in banking.
