On behalf of the British Quality Foundation (BQF), MBS’ Dr Jamie Burton, Senior Lecturer in Marketing, has conducted an extensive research project into contemporary business excellence practices.
The event, taking place at Manchester Business School on 13 October, will discuss the in-depth research and its insights into approaches that can help organisations to excel.
The research was conducted with representatives from four organisations, Northumbrian Water, Wherry Housing Association, Interserve Construction and JPCS, to determine how they are achieving excellent business practice around the following themes:
- Leading with Vision, Inspiration and Integrity
- Adding Value for Customers
- Succeeding Through the Talent of People
- Managing Processes with Agility
The resulting report of five volumes will be available to take away from the event. There will also be a chance to hear from Jamie Burton along with the BQF’s Director General, Russell Longmuir; and Managing Director of JPCS, Peter Shone.
