Short, sharp, concentrated bursts of learning that offer maximum exposure, experience and impact with minimum disruption to working life.
Open programme attracts a wide range of industries, sectors, backgrounds, personalities and leadership styles meaning delegates can learn from, challenge and support each other.
Each delegate explores their own leadership style and qualities through co-coaching and feedback, as well as detailed psychometric testing.
The programme recognises the ongoing process and interconnection of developing leadership excellence at three levels: self, team and organisation. You'll leave with an understanding of how your leadership style impacts on others and how you can be more effective as a leader.
Uniquely designed to support different learning styles with a combination of group exercises, real life observations and co-coaching.
By exploring the "how to" of leadership, you'll have a toolkit to put the theory into practice.
Each session is facilitated by leading business academics and researchers with a wealth of experience in delivering Executive Education programmes to professional cohorts.
Programme delivers both individual and organisational benefits and promotes a lifelong connection with Alliance MBS through our Executive Education Network.
Each delegate will be making a step-change in the levels of responsibility they have for the management and leadership of people.
A typical delegate may be:
- Moving from middle to senior management
- Required to think and work more strategically
- Taking on more people or teams
- Moving into a different part of an organisation
- Looking to start or expand a business
- Looking to work on the culture of their organisation
- Tasked with encouraging greater creativity and innovation
Before each programme starts, all participants are asked to share a pen portrait to our virtual learning environment (VLE) along with the leadership context within your own organisation.
This means the programme team has a full picture of the make-up of the group, enabling us to address the common themes and issues and work out the best trios for your coaching conversations.
You will also complete the Hogan Suite of psychometric tools in advance of the programme - the Hogan Motives Values and Preferences Inventory, the Hogan Personality Inventory and the Hogan Development Survey. These tools provide extensive coverage of key aspects of motivation, personality, character and even potential limitations.
