Our full-time MBAs are available for work after their graduation in March 2017; and with an average of six years’ experience, you can be sure they're prepared to hit the ground running.

Whether your vacancy is available through your MBA Recruitment Programme or a current business requirement, we will support you to find the right graduate for your role.

The recruitment process:

1. Advertise your requirement

Send us a job specification and the desired characteristics of your potential hire.

2. Agree the application process

We will help you to identify appropriate candidates or promote the role to the entire MBA class. Whatever your preferred method of screening we will collate all applications for you to review or direct candidates to your website to apply directly.

3. Select a candidate

We will help to organise interviews at your offices, on-campus or over the phone, and provide advice and support right through to offer.

We are flexible in our approach to each client and will work with you to identify the right candidate and support in whatever way is needed.
