The application of original thinking is at the heart of everything we do. Our courses will give you the knowledge and practical skills to succeed in real business situations.

We strongly encourage you to complete a work placement alongside your studies in order to apply the theory learned in the classroom – or to spend a year abroad to gain first-hand experience of another culture.

You can also gain exemptions from ACCA, CIMA and ICAEW, leading to a fast-track to chartered accountancy status.

We are ranked 7th in the UK and 35th in the world for Business & Management Studies and 6th in the UK and 19th in the world for Accounting & Finance (QS World University Rankings 2023). In terms of our research, we ranked 3^rd in the UK for business research power in the most recent Research Excellence Framework (REF 2021).

Scholarships

We want to attract the most talented students regardless of their background. If you achieve AAA at A-level (or equivalent) and contribute to volunteering, charity work, fundraising or other community-based initiatives, we’d love you to apply for our social responsibility scholarships worth £2,000 per year.
