The Forum meets four times a year and the next one will look at the topic of getting a Human Resource seat on the board and what will you add to the conversation when you are there.

Dil Sidhu, CEO Alliance MBS and Sharon De Mascia, Director of Cognoscenti Business Psychologists and Chair of the CIPD Manchester Branch, will be leading what is likely to be a lively discussion around the topic of getting a Human Resource seat on the board and what will you add to the conversation when you are there.

They will be joined by: Susan Yell, HR Director, Warburtons Ltd., Alyson Fadil, People Director, Missguided and Neal Chamberlain, Lead staff Learning & Development Partner, The University of Manchester who will share their own experiences with the Forum.
