Influence Without Authority

Most of us rely on other people to achieve our professional goals. The challenge comes from having no formal authority over those individuals – we have to develop strategies to convince them to do what we need.

In this talk, you’ll learn and practice some practical strategies to strengthen your influence skills. You’ll discover:

  • The personal and professional sources of power that make you influential.
  • The importance of empathy in successful interactions with others.
  • The things to say and do to encourage cooperation from others.
