The funded Senior Leader Apprenticeship Elizabeth Garrett Anderson, which leads to a Masters in Healthcare Leadership, provides an alternative pathway, building on the success of the existing programme and incorporating the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a senior leader apprenticeship award.
It is designed specifically for leaders in health and social care and combines real-world experience with the practical application of leadership.
