The Covid-19 pandemic is currently having a significant global impact and affecting all of our lives.

As many countries, including the UK, see reductions in the number of cases and an easing of restrictions, we all continue to face significant uncertainty surrounding the future evolution of the pandemic.

We are all learning to manage in this environment and make decisions to help mitigate the disruption. Universities are no exception to this, particularly those attracting a large proportion of international students, like the University of Manchester.

With this in mind, we would like to give you an important update about our range of MBA programmes.

-----------------------

Full-time MBA: 2020 intake

We understand your desire to maximise the benefits of our truly international and experiential Full-time MBA programme face-to-face and so, after consultation with our Dean, Fiona Devine and the MBA Management team, we have made the decision to delay the start date of the programme to December. This decision, has been made to reflect the likely improvements in the current uncertain environment as well as an easing of restrictions the end of the year may bring.

Global Part-time MBA: July 2020 intake

As we shared with everyone a few weeks ago, we are pleased to confirm that the Global MBA July 2020 intake will go ahead. However in order to plan with certainty, to eliminate any potential disruption caused by continued travel restrictions and to give you full reassurance, we have now made the decision to implement some minor changes to the structure for the first semester.

Thrive in uncertainty with an MBA

While we are dealing with this challenging pandemic in our lives and in our countries, we should remain positive and keep working towards our dreams for the future. There’s no better time to do an MBA that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to thrive in an uncertain business environment than now.

The MBA recruitment team is here to support you. Please join the webinar with Chris Healy if you can, we are looking forward to seeing you.
