This month we will hear from Brigit Egan, Managing Director of Oakridge Training & Consulting – an international consultancy that specialises in Leadership, Management and Team development. Brigit has had more than 20 years board experience and is currently Chair of Emerge 3Rs a dynamic social enterprise and charitable group recycling waste, to providing volunteering opportunities.

Brigit is a Master Practioner in NLP, holds the ILM Level 7 qualification in coaching and mentoring and a Business Coaching Diploma and is accredited to use a variety of psychometric instruments. She is also an award winner having won Inspiring Leader and Women of Achievement awards and was last year shortlisted for the Inspiring Women Awards; she is also listed in the Golden Jubilee edition of Who is Who in Greater Manchester.

Brigit will be joined by Miranda Kaunang, Head of Development with FareShare Greater Manchester. FareShare GM is a leading member of the FareShare food redistribution network, and during the first UK lockdown distributed nearly 1,000 tonnes of food to frontline charities and schools reaching over 50, 000 people a week. Miranda has over 30 years’ experience of working in the UK charity sector, including 17 years with Save the Children in England where she set up the first specialist youth provision in Manchester for unaccompanied asylum seeking young people.
