New partnership to accelerate the development of talented and ambitious managers within the Vidrala Group to become future strategic leaders.
The Vidrala Strategic Leadership Programme is a customised development programme that aims to equip high-potential leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate industry challenges and drive organisational change. The programme has been developed in partnership between Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS) and Vidrala.
The ILM-accredited programme has been designed specifically to accelerate how managers and leaders think strategically and develop new capabilities to master the challenges and opportunities facing their organisation and industry, now and in the future.

The Vidrala Strategic Leadership Programme will give managers and leaders a comprehensive insight into the Vidrala Group and exposure to new areas which will support their growth as senior leaders within the organisation.
The programme consists of four blocks – each with two-day workshops and facilitated company visits to sites across Europe, helping delegates understand the wider business and encourage cross-department collaboration. It will provide a consistent methodology across the international group and offer delegates a shared learning experience.
The programme will be delivered by world-leading academics from AMBS and workshops cover topics such as personal leadership, leading effective teams, strategic thinking and innovation, and project management.
Each workshop is closely aligned to Vidrala’s One Horizon Framework. One Horizon is a global management programme for all managers and directors from within Vidrala. It defines their management and leadership mindset, driving the organisation toward the achievement of its future goals.
The programme was launched at Vidrala, Chester on 27 September 2023.
