British Academy: The Future of the Corporation, Economy and Society

Alliance Manchester Business School and the British Academy will bring together Professor Sir Paul Collier FBA, CBE, Professor Colin Mayer FBA, CBE and Juergen Maier, Chief Executive at Siemens, to share their latest thinking and research into the future of capitalism and the corporation. They will discuss how reforming capitalism can bring about better business for the greater good.

The event will be hosted by Professor Keith Brown, Vice-President and Dean of Humanities, The University of Manchester and facilitated by Professor Fiona Devine, Head, Alliance Manchester Business School.

The Future of the Corporation is a major research and public engagement programme by The British Academy aiming to develop an evidence base that will serve as a foundation to redefine business for the 21st century and build trust between business and society.
